Do you deliver at Mohammed V airport?
Yes. We track your flight and meet you in the arrivals hall of Mohammed V airport (CMN) with the gear you booked. The round trip costs 350 MAD, free from a 2,500 MAD order or with a Complete Pack of 14 days or more.
Where do you deliver in Casablanca?
To your hotel, your Airbnb or your family’s home. The round trip costs 200 MAD in the city (Anfa, Maârif, Gauthier, Ain Diab, Racine, Casa Finance City, centre) and 300 MAD in Greater Casablanca (Bouskoura, Dar Bouazza, Ain Sebaâ, Mohammedia).
How do I book?
On WhatsApp only. Send your dates, the delivery place and the gear you want: we confirm availability and the total price, delivery included.
How much does it cost?
From 50 MAD a day for the first three days, then the price drops: -40% from day 4, -65% from day 8, -80% from day 15. The minimum rental is 3 days.
Is the gear cleaned?
Yes. Every item is cleaned after each rental and checked before it is delivered. Our Hygiene and safety page explains how.
Infant seat or car seat: which one?
The i-Size infant seat suits babies from birth to about 15 months, rear-facing. The i-Size car seat suits children from 15 months to about 4 years. Send us your child’s age and height on WhatsApp if you are unsure.
Do you fit the car seat in the car?
Yes, it is included. On delivery we fit the infant seat or car seat with you in the rental car, the family car or the taxi, and show you how to do it again.
Do your car seats meet safety norms?
Yes. Our infant seats and car seats are approved to the European R129 regulation, known as i-Size, which is based on the child’s height and includes a side-impact test.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, one deposit per item, shown on each product page and on the Prices page. It is returned when we collect the gear. [DEPOSIT METHOD TO CONFIRM]
How do I pay?
Prices are in Moroccan dirhams (MAD); the euro amount is indicative only. [PAYMENT METHODS TO CONFIRM]
My flight lands at night. Is that possible?
Yes. Between 10 PM and 7 AM, a night supplement of 100 MAD is added per trip. We track your flight, even when it is late.
Can I extend the rental?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp before the pickup date. Extra days are charged at the current tier’s price, so less than the first days.
Can I rent a single item, without a pack?
Yes, every item can be rented on its own. The packs simply cost less than the same items rented separately.
How does pickup work?
On the day you leave, we collect the gear wherever we agreed: the airport before check-in, your hotel, your Airbnb or your family’s home. The round-trip price covers delivery and pickup.
